swarmgram Whitepaper · v1.3

Every trading tool. One swarm. Revenue first.

How Swarmgram is building one suite for every trading tool inside Telegram, where scanners, alerts, trading agents and whale chats share what they know, and how the revenue it earns flows back into $SWARM.

Version 1.3 Published October 2026 Network Solana Buyback 50% of cash revenue

Abstract

Most crypto tokens ask holders to believe in revenue that will arrive later. Swarmgram reverses the order. The product ships first, charges users from day one, and only then ties a token to the money it makes.

Swarmgram is one suite for every trading tool a Solana trader needs, inside Telegram. Every tool shares what it learns with the others over a shared message bus. The first four tools are live: Verdict, which convenes five AI analysts to judge a token; Watcher, which turns plain-English alerts into live monitoring; Arena, where users spawn trading agents and rank them; and CA, which finds the real contract behind a ticker and gives communities a live price feed. Whale Chat, a launch Scanner, Copy Trade, Fast Trade, Portfolio and Multichain follow. As each tool grows its own set of agents, the suite becomes a swarm of swarms. Trades are non-custodial and routed through Jupiter.

Every live tool is free during the launch period. Revenue comes from a 0.5% swap fee today and, after launch, from Pro ($50 a month) and Desk ($100 a month) subscriptions. Fifty percent of all cash revenue buys $SWARM on the open market every week, half burned and half to holder rewards. Subscriptions paid in $SWARM are burned in full. Every step is published with on-chain transaction signatures.

The one-line thesisA token is worth what the business behind it earns and returns. Swarmgram commits half of its revenue to its token, in public, every week.

Why we're building this

Crypto has a habit of launching things nobody uses. Every week brings a new chain, a new token or a new "AI agent", each with a roadmap, a polished website and a launch date. Very few of them get opened twice. Most are built to be announced, not to be used.

We are traders first, and the tools we actually reach for every day are the unglamorous ones: a way to tell the real contract from the copies, a quick second opinion before buying, an alert that fires when it should, and a chat with people who know more than we do. Today those live in ten different bots and a dozen browser tabs, and none of them talk to each other.

So we started from the other end. We built the tools we wanted for ourselves, put them inside the app where we already spend the day, and made them share what they know. Four are live and we use them daily. Every tool that follows will be built the same way: one at a time, shipped when it is genuinely useful, not when a roadmap says it is due.

Usage before everythingIf people don't come back to a tool, we fix it or we remove it. A token attached to a product nobody uses is worth nothing, so we measure usage as seriously as revenue.

What we measure, and publish

  • Weekly active traders. People who used at least one tool in the last seven days.
  • Seven-day return rate. The share of new users who come back a week later. This is the number we care about most.
  • Actions per user. Verdicts, alerts, Arena agents and contract checks per active trader.
  • Trades through the suite. Volume and count of swaps made from a Swarmgram button.
  • Revenue and buybacks. What the suite earned and what went back into $SWARM.

These numbers will sit next to revenue in every weekly report, including the weeks when they go down.

The problem

Tokens without businesses

The majority of tokens launched on Solana have no revenue at all. Their price depends on emissions, attention and the next buyer. When attention moves, nothing is left underneath. Even many "utility" tokens fund their rewards by printing more supply, which dilutes the holders they are meant to reward.

Telegram bots that hold your keys

Telegram is where Solana traders discover and trade new tokens. The dominant trading bots ask users to import or generate a private key inside the bot. That gives one service custody of thousands of wallets and makes every user exposed to a single breach.

Information arrives too late and too one-sided

A new token can launch, pump and collapse within hours. Checking holder concentration, mint authority, liquidity depth, buy and sell flow and social presence by hand takes longer than the opportunity lasts. Single-model AI tools answer quickly but tend to agree with whatever framing they are given.

The suite

Traders on Telegram use one bot for scanning, another for alerts, another for trading and a group chat for whale gossip. None of them share anything. Swarmgram puts every tool in one suite and connects them. Each tool is a specialist, and every tool publishes what it learns to a shared message bus. The others listen and act, so a user asks once and the right tools coordinate.

How the tools work together

  1. Resolve. A user asks about a ticker. CA finds the real contract among the copycats and publishes it to the bus.
  2. Debate. Verdict picks up the verified contract and convenes its five analysts on live data.
  3. Guard. The verdict arms a Watcher guard at the level that would invalidate it.
  4. Broadcast. Arena receives the verdict as a signal. Trading agents that follow such signals act, and their followers are notified.
  5. Learn. Outcomes flow back to the bus, so every tool, including the ones still in development, learns from real results.

Swarmgram is live software, not a roadmap. The tools run on Cloudflare's global edge network, store state in Cloudflare D1 and KV, read market data from DexScreener and Solana RPC, and route every swap through Jupiter.

The analyst panel

A verdict is produced by five agents that see identical live data but are briefed with different jobs and deliberate biases. The Sleuth checks holder concentration, mint and freeze authority, liquidity against market cap and pair age. The Chartist reads price windows, volume trend and buy versus sell counts. Narrative judges ticker, meme appeal, socials and fit with the current market theme. The Skeptic looks for the strongest reason the token goes to zero. The Degen looks for asymmetric upside. Their disagreement is the output: a 5–0 verdict means something different from a 3–1–1 split.

Non-custodial trading

When a user taps a buy or sell button, Swarmgram opens a signing page that requests a Jupiter quote, builds an unsigned transaction that includes the platform fee, and passes it to the user's own wallet. Swarmgram never generates, imports or stores private keys. It records only the transaction signature to verify the fee.

Model-agnostic by design

The inference layer can run on Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude or Cloudflare Workers AI and can switch provider with a configuration change. This keeps costs competitive and removes dependence on any single AI vendor.

Business model

Swarmgram grows users first and charges later. Every live tool is free during the launch period, so the suite can earn trust and distribution before it asks for a subscription.

Pay in $SWARM, burned forever

Pro and Desk can be paid in cash or in $SWARM at the same dollar value. Every subscription paid in $SWARM is sent to the burn address in full. As the suite grows, more subscriptions mean less supply, independently of the weekly buyback.

Why the economics work

  • One product, many reasons to pay. Each new tool adds value to the same subscription, so revenue per user rises as the suite grows.
  • Low marginal cost. A verdict costs a fraction of a cent in inference and runs on serverless infrastructure that scales to zero.
  • Revenue tied to activity. Swap fees rise with market volume, exactly when traders need the tools most.
  • Distribution through groups. Each community that adds Swarmgram puts the suite in front of every member.

Revenue allocation

All cash revenue, from every stream, is pooled each week and split by a fixed rule. "Cash revenue" means fees and subscriptions received in SOL, USDC or other currencies, minus direct payment costs. Subscriptions paid in $SWARM are not part of this split; they are burned in full.

The 50% buyback share is a floor at launch. Any future change must go to a holder vote and can only move the share within a 40–60% band, announced at least one full epoch before it takes effect.

Buyback engine

Buybacks run in weekly epochs, Monday 00:00 UTC to Sunday 23:59 UTC. The process is the same every week.

SettleBurn & vaultHalf is burned, half goes to the rewards vault.
  1. Collect. Swap fees are paid directly into a public fee wallet as part of each user's transaction. Cash subscription revenue is added to the same pool.
  2. Tally. At epoch close, total revenue is calculated from on-chain fee receipts and subscription payments and published in the epoch report.
  3. Execute. 50% of revenue buys $SWARM through Jupiter, split into many smaller orders over 24 hours to limit price impact and front-running.
  4. Burn. Half of the purchased $SWARM is sent to a burn address and permanently removed from supply.
  5. Vault. The other half moves to the holder rewards vault, which funds staking rewards once staking launches. Until then it is held and reported, never sold.
  6. Report. Each epoch report lists revenue by stream, every buy transaction, the burn transaction and the vault balance.
Why burn only half?Burning everything maximises supply reduction but gives active holders nothing directly. Holding half in a vault lets Swarmgram reward people who stake and use the product, without ever printing new tokens.

Why a token

It is fair to ask why a set of trading tools needs a token at all. Plenty of good products don't have one, and many products that do would be better without it. We think $SWARM earns its place for four specific reasons, and we would rather explain them than assume them.

1. Users should share in what they help build

The suite gets better because people use it. Every vote, alert, Arena agent and group that adds Swarmgram makes the tools more useful for the next person. Buybacks and holder rewards return part of the revenue to the people who are, for the most part, the users who created it.

2. Heavy use should reduce supply, not add to it

When paid plans begin, subscriptions can be paid in $SWARM, and every token paid this way is burned. The people who rely on the suite the most are the ones who remove the most supply. There are no emissions paying for rewards and no inflation to dilute holders.

3. Revenue becomes visible and hard to fake

A weekly buyback from a public fee wallet is a receipt anyone can check. If the suite earns, the buys appear on-chain. If it doesn't, they don't. The token turns "we have revenue" from a claim into something a holder can verify every Monday.

4. The community gets a real say in what ships

Holders vote, within published limits, on which tool is built next and on the buyback share. The people who use the suite decide whether Whale Chat comes before Copy Trade, rather than a roadmap written before anyone had used the product.

What the token is not

  • Not a way to fund an idea. The product shipped first. The token arrives after four working tools.
  • Not required to use the suite. Every live tool is free during launch, and paid plans can be paid in cash.
  • Not a promise of price. $SWARM reflects how much the suite is used and how much it earns. If usage falls, buybacks fall with it. That is the point: the token tells the truth about the product.

Tokenomics

$SWARM is an SPL token on Solana with a fixed supply. The mint authority and freeze authority are revoked at launch, so no more tokens can ever be created and no wallet can be frozen.

Utility

  • Revenue-backed buy pressure. Every epoch, half of revenue buys $SWARM regardless of market conditions.
  • Holder fee discount. Wallets holding a set amount of $SWARM pay a reduced swap fee.
  • Pay for Pro and Desk in $SWARM. Subscriptions payable in $SWARM at the same dollar value. Every token received this way is burned.
  • Staking. Stakers receive a share of the rewards vault, pro-rata to stake and lock length.
  • Governance. Holders vote on which tool ships next, the buyback share within the 40–60% band, and Arena rules.
  • Early access. Holders get first access to new tools as they launch.

Transparency & governance

  • Public fee wallet. The fee wallet address is published. Anyone can see every fee as it arrives.
  • Live metrics. Total verified trades and fees collected are exposed through a public endpoint and shown in the bots' stats.
  • Weekly epoch reports. Revenue by stream, each buyback transaction, the burn transaction and the vault balance, posted every Monday.
  • Multisig control. The treasury, rewards vault and buyback executor are controlled by a multisig, not a single key.
  • Bounded governance. Holders can adjust parameters only within published limits, so no vote can switch buybacks off.

For comparison, the same revenue-to-token model is used by some of the largest protocols in the market, including Jupiter, which directs a share of protocol fees to buying back JUP, and Hyperliquid, which uses exchange fees to buy back HYPE. Swarmgram applies the model to a consumer product in Telegram.

Security

  • No custody. Swarmgram never generates, imports or stores private keys or seed phrases. Users sign every transaction in their own wallet.
  • Visible fees. The 0.5% fee and slippage limit are shown on the signing page before the user approves.
  • Bounded slippage. Default maximum slippage is 5% and priority fees are capped.
  • Verified webhooks. Each bot's Telegram webhook is authenticated with a per-bot secret, so forged updates are rejected.
  • Minimal data. Swarmgram stores Telegram user IDs, settings, alerts and transaction signatures. It does not store wallet balances or personal profiles.
  • Edge isolation. Every request runs in an isolated Cloudflare Worker with no long-lived servers to compromise.

Risks & disclosures

This document describes software and a token design. It is not an offer to sell securities or a solicitation to buy any asset, and it is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice.

  • Market risk. Digital assets, and newly launched Solana tokens in particular, are extremely volatile. Users can lose their entire trade.
  • Revenue risk. Buybacks depend entirely on actual revenue. If usage falls, buybacks fall. No minimum buyback is guaranteed.
  • AI risk. Verdicts are generated by AI models from public data and can be wrong, incomplete or manipulated by adversarial token creators.
  • Platform risk. Swarmgram depends on Telegram, Solana, Jupiter, DexScreener, Cloudflare and AI providers. Changes or outages at any of them can interrupt service.
  • Regulatory risk. Rules for tokens, trading tools and AI are changing in many countries and may restrict the service or the token in some places.
  • Forward-looking statements. Roadmap dates, planned prices and planned features are targets that may change.

Users are responsible for checking the laws that apply to them before using Swarmgram or acquiring $SWARM.
